    Employees and Corporation The most important value of Econika is our friendly and dynamic developing team of professionals. Our employees are outstanding and bright specialists, full of energy and striving to fulfill the mission of Econika and achieve set goals.

    There are more 2000 people employed with Econika right now.

    The average age of an employee is 30 to 35 years. A typical member of the Econika team is young, hardworking, results-oriented and ready to put forward ideas.

    The company's human resources department has studied the attitude of employees to their department and the corporation in general, and proved more than once that the main values for Econika staff members are the company's reliability and stability, the prestigious image of being a part of its team, professionalism of colleagues and enjoyable working environment.

    Employees and Corporation In addition to an interesting job, Econika employees are teamed by corporate traditions, such as:

    1. Joyful celebrations of our main holiday, Econika's Birthday, in August. Over the course of a year, we celebrate birthdays of our subsidiaries, colleagues and their newborns not mentioning unforgettable celebrations of Russia's favorite holidays New Year's Day, March 8, and February 23.

    2. Special attention and support of Econika newcomers, sharing with them the company's valuable experience and important information, organizing special trading with the participation of the head of strategic services.

    3. Employees of all companies within the Econika holding take part in annual football championships with great pleasure. Traditionally, the winning team and the best fan team receive prizes.

    4. Reading our Corporate magazine 'Econika: yesterday, today, tomorrow' - from cover to cover. This is a colorful edition with a lot of photos, interesting information about the company's everyday life, celebrations and achievements.

    Employees and Corporation 5. Honoring Econika veterans, our golden human resource. Five-years employment with Econika is marked by a Golden Badge, and after ten years employees receive a silver Nika statuette.

    6. Studying in the corporate training center and leading Moscow, Russian and foreign business centers (annually, a third of our employees receive training or advanced training. The number of Econika employees with two higher educations, MBA degrees and candidates of various sciences is increasing constantly).

    7. Using the corporate library and organizing joint entertainment and educational trips give our employees a new horizon.

    8. Taking care of the younger generation: organizing celebrations and competitions for children. Such competitions never have losers. Among our competitions is Pyatyorochka (held among children of Econika employees, it targets promoting schoolchildren to be active and to excel. A prize for this competition is summer vacations in Russia and abroad organized by Econika).

A challenging compensation for work and an attractive social package is what our employees receive for their efforts, in accordance with their positions and tasks they solve. The social package includes discount cards for goods produced by Econika, subsidies for lunches, medical insurance, payments for mobile phones, a corporate car, presents for holidays (including New Year's presents for children) and so on.
